He was born while I was going through Cancer and Chemo thus hasn't had as much work done with him as I would have liked to have. He is halter broke, leads, feet worked with and brushed. He has had an english saddle put on him, a bareback pad, had a bit in his mouth one time and has been introduced to the trailer... had his front feet put in the trailer. He is ripe and ready for you to take anyway you want you to to take him. He has a very willing attitude and is pretty darn easy to work with.
On the Dams side he has Easily Smashed and Majestic Man by Majestic Prince by Raise a Native by Native Dancer on his papers; Easy Jet, Cassady Casanova and Merry Mayor one off his papers; Lena's Bar, Twayna and Top Moon two off his papers. Other Thoroughbred greats include Moon Deck, Top Deck, Jet Deck, Three Bars and more in his pedigree on the Bottom Side.
His Grandsire, Smashed Casanova, is a proven leading Barrel Racing producing sire in addition to other winners in the Arena, on the Track and at Halter. Smashed Casanova has a fine conformation, a great disposition, an awesome pedigree, and explosive athletic ability. He was unraced due to an injury. But he has proven himself as a sire. He consistently produces athletic colts with great minds and excellent conformation.
On the Top Side he is Cow Bred with lots of GREATS in there like Docs Zimfandel, Primero El Randado, Sugar Bars, Doc Bar, Zippo Pat Bars and more. There's lots of cow there on the sires side.
He should be VERY easy to train as all of his Dams foals have been. His dam is the type of mare we can just let set for 4-5 years and hop on her and go with no problems. A real honest horse with NO buck or other bad habits. His dam has had several foals for us that we sold. I have heard back from many of the new owners that their foals matured and were very easy to train with no buck as well. They have been placed in Barrel Racing Homes, Breeding Operations, Ranches doing Cow Work and family homes as riding horses. All have turned out to be just like Missy... honest, safe, smart, trainable horses with good dispositions.
His price is $1,500 and will go up as we work with him this spring and summer.
